The location’s been open for about a solid year now and no matter if I say “extra hot” or not, the coffee simply always comes out lukewarm and I’m always having to go home to microwave it and make it hot. No other Dunkin is like this and I left a review 8 months ago complaining about the same thing. I have even told the manager on duty twice over the course of those eight months even though I’ve been dealing with it due to convenience. This location is by far the worse Dunkin Donuts I have been to. The fact that they will not take an order unless you go through the self service kiosk is insane. If I can zero star I would.
I try to buy donuts and not accept cash in the lobby
Amazing service. My husband and I come to this Dublin every Saturday and Evan at the drive thru is truly amazing. He’s efficient, has a great smile, punctual and cares about your coffee. Truly makes you feel like your family. Great job Evan we appreciate you.
