I've been here a dozen times and always on business trips which in Durham, so my visits are over a span of months. I've always recieved good service here and orders are correct. My breakfast sandwich has always been hot and delicious! Donuts and coffee have always been on point. Though, I basically get an old fashion donut and plain coffee. I will continue to stop in here on future trips. Oh, and this review pertains to in store as well as drive through. A+

Really disappointed, this was my first time at this location and honestly I should have checked the reviews before even stopping but I hate Starbucks so here we are. I placed my order in the drive thru and at the window I tell the barista that I want to reload some money onto my app. She seems confused as to what I am asking, so I show her my app with a $0.00 balance and show her the cash and again ask to reload my app with the cash.
