When I go thru the drive thru and get to the window. It's always a mean look I say Good morning, but never get a reply. My mocha iced this morning didn't look like a mocha. I asked was that a mocha the girl said yes. When I get to work.It tasted like water and sugar. I'm scared to take it back because of the way they look. I said Thank you when I got my order,again no reply. Window closed.

Dear Dunkin Donuts, Could you please step in and save this train wreck of a store? It's only been open a few months and already the turn around in employees is absurd. The drive through is almost always closed. And no one seems to know how to operate the sugar dispenser when they make coffee. I almost always have to add more sugar to taste. The one manager I see there (female) seems to work her butt off while the employees stand around like they're confused or something (high maybe?). It's absolutely shameful. This Dunkin consistently gets orders wrong and seems both lazy and stingy. Here's the "large" latte and bagel with cream cheese that they gave me today, after getting my sandwich wrong and making the latte almost as badly yesterday... I was so excited when they opened, too. Huge letdown.
