The airport Dunkin’ Donuts operated as a kiosk only service. There is no physical human available to take orders. This lead to a substantial backlog of people in line due to the multiple excessive time it takes to use a kiosk. They also have the audacity to ask for a tip after you’ve entered in your whole order yourself. The replacement of robots in place of people is the biggest mistake that corporate is making. I will never come to this location again

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location in the Tucson airport. There was no line, and I placed my order at the kiosk for an iced chai latte. When I received my drink, it was served hot instead. When I politely explained to the cashier that I had ordered it cold, she rudely responded, “This is not Starbucks, I can’t change your order.” Her response was unnecessary and unprofessional. Tucson airport DD counter. A Gates. Taking the order was a disaster. System did not work. Clerk did not know how to operate terminal. Prices on self serve terminal were lower than employee operated terminal. Tip was miscalculated. 10% on 12.25 showed as $2.07
