You have to order at the kiosk. No actual ham employee will help you with your order either. The will not speak to you or help you at all
Consistently good experience here, and I’m thankful that Paige helped me out when I made a mistake with my order, fixing it quickly.
The airport Dunkin’ Donuts operated as a kiosk only service. There is no physical human available to take orders. This lead to a substantial backlog of people in line due to the multiple excessive time it takes to use a kiosk. They also have the audacity to ask for a tip after you’ve entered in your whole order yourself. The replacement of robots in place of people is the biggest mistake that corporate is making. I will never come to this location again
Ladies at Dunkin at the airport are the best no other location can to these ladies. Drinks and food always good...
