It should be no surprise that the worst circumstance for a quick service restaurant is, in fact, the worst circumstance for a quick service restaurant. Most things out of stock, extra charge to provide the restaurant the convenience of a credit card purchase rather than the expense and risk of cash management, the robot kiosk expects a tip, and, most important, everything they sell sucks.
Took over 5 mins to get a single doughnut. One employee busy working and processing orders, while the manager was just chatting with airport employees, when we asked for help for my order we were met with attitude, order was slammed down on the counter by the manager, our food was crumbled and the wrong item.
Ordered a plain coffee and took a sip. I burnt both lips. Painful! Glad I didn’t dump it in my lap. There would be another lawsuit (think McDonalds). Guys! Get a brain and turn the temperature down. I never give out anything but five star or nothing but this needs attention.
omg this whole staff is so incompetent. i never treat myself but i’m on vacation. the ladies here make simple request so difficult. this latte sucks and so does their attitude.
