Now that they've been open for awhile they seem to be in a routine. I've stopped multiple times over the past few weeks and my order is correct, the taste is consistent, and quick. It's a pain to get in and out of the parking lot sometimes, but that's no fault of the employees themselves. Don't try to enter from Pearl during the winter, that midline curb is sharp! Yeah, I'll be sticking with my regular DD location by my house instead of near work. The reason I went to this location was because the DD app wasn't working before I got into my car to head to work. So, I waited until I was closer to work to use app. It is easier to order my beverage through app rather than verbalize it at the drive thru. When the worker askes for order, they interrupt you, miss a request and the beverage is not what was ordered. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. I felt very welcomed while I was there. This is the only location that has a double lane drive thru. Impressive! The inside was very clean and fresh looking. The set up there is not like others, I love it. I ordered a Frozen Butter Pecan Ice Coffee. It looked and tasted delicious. There was even waffle cone pieces on top that no other location gave me. This location won my heart.

Counter person wasn't friendly, no smiles, not even have a nice day. Otherwise, I was in and out in good time.
