Everytime I come in for service and I kindly ask for a fresh decaffeinated coffee, this one lady employee Always carries a good smile and a good spirit. She doesn't mind to stop for a moment although she is busy, to make me a new cup of coffee. She cares and that means a lot.
The lady asked for my order. 1 caramel iced coffee with oat milk and one orieo coolata. I gave her my order three times. She then told me "I don't know nothing about Oreo coolata it's not in the system". I literally ordered it as it was clearly written on the board above her head!!!!) I showed it to her and she seemed to find it in the system, no apology of course. Terrible service. No care for the customer. This place deserves zero stars! Had the drive thru attendant tell me to wait for over 7 minutes because of a “shift overlay” with no care or rush of service. Mind you, I’m the only car in the drive thru so it’s not like the male attendant was overwhelmed. Finally had to leave. Never coming back. Management, you must do better. 4/5/26 at 1:25pm.
