Terrible service. No care for the customer. This place deserves zero stars! Had the drive thru attendant tell me to wait for over 7 minutes because of a “shift overlay” with no care or rush of service. Mind you, I’m the only car in the drive thru so it’s not like the male attendant was overwhelmed. Finally had to leave. Never coming back. Management, you must do better. 4/5/26 at 1:25pm.
I had a very upsetting experience at the Dunkin' location this morning around 9:00 AM, and I feel it needs to be addressed. I ordered a hot coffee with cold foam and paid for it with my card without any issue. However, when I got to the drive-thru window, the manager on duty refused to make my drink as ordered. She stated, in a very rude and dismissive tone, that cold foam is only for cold drinks. First bad review all because of associate, but I believe he was supervisor/manager. Went into the store with a friend her niece and my granddaughter because they wanted donuts. First time I paid before picking out my donuts anyways I asked the guy you pay before getting your donuts he says something like so if someone comes in they can be served and I can get my donuts and go ok, I said humm ok Ipaid for a dozen donuts. This is the best Dunkin ever. They have really very good customer service. Specially Raylond he remembered my voice even though I went there after time. Without mentioning my requirements he remembered my instructions which was I gave him long time before, from now this is my favorite Dunkin 😊
