Very friendly staff, Dunkin on 7823 west sunrise need to take notes.
Very rude and nasty I called to check on my application and he hung up the phone and my face when I called back he was very rude I will never purchase anything from you guys again I been living and the neighborhood for 30 years unbelievable
In the past 2 weeks there has been such a huge change in staff and quality. I have had to ask my coffee that I’ve been getting every day for a year to be remade multiple times when I never had to do that before. Today the new manager was yelling at his employees while we sat at the window and the staff is overall disrespectful to eachother. This location needs a culture change and better training on consistency overall
