When I walked in, I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Cassandra. She was the only employee working at the time and was managing both the front counter and the drive‑thru all on her own. Despite the rush, she stayed upbeat, friendly, and professional the entire time. My order came out perfectly, and her positive attitude truly made my day. It’s rare to see someone handle so much with such grace, Cassandra absolutely deserves recognition for her hard work and kindness. - ps, the caramel latte is amazing
