It took them 15 minutes to bring me a coffee and bagel even though I was the only one at the store and nobody in the drive through. Poor service.
Why work in customer service if you're not even going to try to act like you're listening? I ask a question about help with rewards and I get back "oh,okay, your total is $5.95." If I can't use the app or get help with the rewards points, I don't wanna come back to this location. It will be a while before coming back to other dunkins, if that ever even happens again
