I tried giving this location another chance after repeated issues, and unfortunately nothing has changed. I ordered a simple iced latte with one pump of caramel and received something completely different—loaded with extra caramel and sugar to the point it was undrinkable. This is the third visit in a row where my order has been wrong. Line was extremely long this morning for some reason, but they were able to execute the best coffee I’ve had from them in a while! 5/5 for a gloomy day
I've been to lots of different Dunkin' Donuts in the Madison area and none of them are as fast and efficient as this one. The long lines in the morning when everyone goes to work go by in like 5-7 minutes so I nor is anyone else late to work because of how fast they go and they don't mess up any orders. My order comes out right everytime. Their coffee also doesn't taste burnt which I've noticed in other Dunkin' Donuts before. The staff start every drive through interaction with “thanks for stopping” and then don’t even say anything else or an indication to order. The screen abbreviates everything so asking “if the screen looks okay” when you can’t even make out if the abbreviated item is correct or not, and then after waiting for your food that you ordered they bring the entire wrong thing out to your car that you already had to pull out of the drive through for since they took a significant amount of time to make a simple order.
