The food was cold. We ordered 2 orders of hash browns and she only marked one on the drive thru screen. We get to the window to make sure we told the lady 2 orders again. We get our order and it is still 1 order of hash browns. We ordered an orange juice and they gave us an apple juice. We get out of our car to go into the building and waited another 20 minutes. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and it was cold. There was 10 angry customers waiting for their orders inside. Staff seemed unprepared.
