City needs to get involved with this location ASAP. The workers themselves told me at the drive thru window they are lazy and don’t wanna make any waffle cones. This is embarrassing. Update: I walked in I asked again do you guys not have waffle cones? Manager looked at me and said no, I asked why she just nodded her head pretty much telling me she didn’t wanna make them. Hilarious they have these kind of people running a business unbelievable. Mind you this is the 3rd time I visit and the same outcome.
At this branch 20995 Katy fw, the female crew that attended to my order is really not in proper elements. She cannot figure out how to operate her POS / cash register; It's very stressful that I need to repeat my orders several times and she's very slow to comprehend. She needs to be trained more on how to operate the POS system and respect to customers. Her company should not allow her to attend the POS system without properly training her. They always forget parts of your order. Just recieved dried out old chocolate munchkins. And they Never give you napkins.
It’s a little after 9a- how could you have “hard as a rock” bagels at this time! Why would employees be allowed to serve such old products. It’s disgusting.
