Terrible Dunkin location. They are having an event outside, trying to bring in customers but are out of a bunch of stuff. They forgot to give me a donut too but didn’t forget to charge me. I’m surprised this location is still open.
They had a stand outside with music and like four or five employees but the drive-through was extremely slow. I ordered a large iced latte with cold foam and they gave me whipped cream. So I paid extra for the cold foam and didn’t receive it and they didn’t tell me they just gave me whipped cream which is so dishonest and wrong.I will never be back
Horrible customer service! They will literally leave you waiting at the speaker won't even speak to you.
The staff is nice, they may run out of stuff but over all it's a good location
