genuinely the worst dunkin i have ever gone to. i’ve mobile ordered at least 50 times in the last few years. not once has the order been ready, in fact ive had to wait at least 20 minutes EVERY TIME, and have had to ask them for the drink. today i watched the two guys discuss the draft, take and make three in person orders, and just stand there all before even asking what i was wishing on. both of my drink cups were just sitting on the back counter. not a single person in that place has any sense of urgency or customer servi... read more
