The customer service was bad who was taking orders she was yelling
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff showed no respect for me as a customer and completely ignored my concerns instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue. I felt I was being treated unfairly, and the way I was treated raised serious concerns about possible racial discrimination. Barely any glaze on the donuts. Go to a different dunkin donuts if you want good donuts
This location has one of the WORST employees I’ve ever encountered. I asked the woman at the register what flavor the donuts were and right away she shot back with “I DON’T KNOW!” Maybe it’s me, but isn’t it her job to know? She claimed to not know anything. She was rude, dismissive, and shouldn’t have a job. It was clear she didn’t want to work today (if ever). I had to ask for someone else to assist, and thankfully, they did.
