There are new workers almost every time I come. It doesn’t even feel like they know how to do the work. They mess up orders sometimes. They don’t know how to work the computer system. The drinks are different each time I order from there
Have ordered here many times before and never had a problem but recently I ordered a medium decaf iced coffee and they completely messed up the order. They literally gave me a plain iced coffee, its like they didn't even read the order. There was no oatmilk, no flavor shots, and no sweetener added. On top of that it was definitely not decaf. I specifically asked for no meat in my Wake-Up Wrap, and the receipt clearly said “no meat,” but there were still pieces of bacon inside. When I brought it up, the staff questioned if I had even asked until I showed them the receipt. They replaced it, but the fact that it happened in the first place was frustrating. The service was also very slow, even though the store wasn’t that busy.
