I wish I could say something positive about this store. There is not much. There is always a ridiculous wait, usually very limited selection, and the service is terrible every time. Every time. I could understand being understaffed and out of product but at the very least should have amazing customer service.
This Dunkin has been trash for years. They regularly hand me the wrong donuts when I put in mobile orders and they nine times out of 10 make the drinks wrong. This is the only Dunkin that I don’t recommend.
The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have experienced in a long time. Stood there for 20 minutes after going through the drive through because they did not give me a sandwich then completely didn’t add the 4 hashbrowns I asked for. Was ignored at the front counter - I will never be visiting the poorly operated dunkin again
If you want anything call ahead 2 out of 3 times they’re completely out of something. Never have I ever been somewhere that is out of something alll the time. Need managers than can keep up with inventory. Jeez
