It’s a shame to see such negative reviews on a new business and I hate contributing to them so I am giving 3 stars cause I appreciate how quickly this place can be (if you’re not ordering hot food) but my kiddo gets the egg wraps and this marks my third time pulling away from the 3rd window with the hot food and I have literally almost caused an accident everytime by the person behind me pulling out from the middle window who always seeems to be in such a rush to get to wherever they were going with their coffee. I've never felt the need to leave a review for a DD, so the fact I'm even doing this means this place needs improvement. Of all the Dunkins I've regularly visited, this location has the worst service I've ever experienced. The employees move around so slow. They'll start talking with each other and distracting themselves instead of getting food prepped for the customers. I always order ~5 minutes ahead and typically wait 5+ minutes after arriving, so 10+ minutes of prep time, which is crazy since there's usually no customers... read more
