I enjoy coming to Dunkin’ Donuts, especially in the morning, but I wanted to share one small suggestion that can make the customer experience even better. A friendly greeting and a simple smile from the staff can really change someone’s day. Mornings can be tough, and many of us stop at Dunkin’ for a positive start — not just for coffee, but for the energy and attitude. So please remind your team to greet customers warmly and smile. It doesn’t cost anything, but it makes a big difference and brings customers back. Thank you!
Went in Friday the 10th with granddaughter, first thing I noticed was how dirty it was, they also did not have stuff to make my drink, but the biggest thing that made us walk out was how many flies were covering their bakery items, very noticeable amd they just left it there exposed, so nasty, I have pictures but cant figure out how to put them up
Only car in drivethru had to wait 20 min, would of left but wanted to see how long it would take. Then lady at window, just ignored me not doing anything while I held my arm out to pass her my card, no other cars drove into parking lot to go in store or drivethru. Usually Dunkin's will post a sign if short staffed. Not sure this the case or not. But not busy at all 235 to 253 pm on a Wednesday. Then made my drink wrong.
Slowest franchise in Maine. Maybe a new management team?
