This is the slowest dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Aside from one or two employees I would do a purge and fire everyone and find new workers!
The service of this dunkin' donuts sucks. I had to go back in three times to get my order correct and even then they just threw it together. The meat and cheese is on the outside of the bread.... besides the fact that Dunkin donuts is always overpriced.
Went at 4:30 pm and out of cold brew. Went next morning, ordered a medium cold brew was told they had no medium cups so I said okay I'll have a large then said they don't have medium or large iced coffee cups. They said I could have it in a hot cup so I said okay, get to the window and they hand me my cold brew in a hot cup with no ice. I told the man at the window he said "uh did you just want a cup of ice" I said just forget it, as he bounced a tennis ball off the wall. Will not return to this dunkin.
I ordered the new pretzel sliders, hashbrowns, and a large hot coffee. I was charged $7.80. The person at the windows only gave me hashbrowns and coffee and said I didn't order the sliders. That total is an overcharge, and I said that. He argued with me, would not give me a receipt, and at that point, I just left.
