Went to this Dunkin's drive thru this afternoon, waited in line for over 40 minutes, at the ordering screen requested a large iced macchiato with three pumps of butter pecan swirl as well as a large ice water with extra ice, the name on the receipt I would later receive said it was rung in by Xavier at 2:47 pm, told him my order two times, got to the pick up window and he had no idea what I ordered, he asked if I ordered an iced coffee I said no, he asked if I had a mobile order I said no, I told him my order two more times,... read more
I ordered a jelly donut and a large sweet tea with 6 liquid sugars and 6 regular sugars and saw this on my donut after I took a bite
this Dunkin is hit or miss. Some days are wonderful! Other days are not. Staff is rude.
Just went through the drive thru ordered a croissant with bacon, and I got a croissant with cheese. The label on the bag was correct. Really odd mistake?!
