Drive thru: 5 stars! In store: ZERO STARS!!!! Just my luck that the one time I decide to go into the store, I'm stuck with the only GUY who can't make coffee to save his life! The morning manager better look into the performance review of this guy!! He messed up twice and tried to pass off a COLD COFFEE as a HOT LATTE!! Never again am I going inside during morning rush!!
I asked for a Medium hot chocolate And they give me a Hot original coffee And the coffee did not taste good it tasted like water
