I ordered a ON THE GO large coffee at this location. The coffee I received was TOTALLY watered down. I tasted NO coffee at all. It tasted like watery milk in addition I tasted NONE of the butter pecan. I took the coffee inside told the cashier my issue. She remade the same exact WATERED DOWN large cup of coffee. I was told by management that I couldn't get a refund because it was a mobile order. So $3.82 down the drain because Dunkin in my neighborhood wants to sell HOT, BROWN, MILKY WATER and call it coffee...I'm so upset b... read more
Only problem please wear gloves while preparing peoples handling money and capping and mixing people drinks is crazy
