I use to be a Starbucks girl but recently I visited this location since it’s close to my house, they remodeled and the place looks fabulous and the staff are super friendly. I have since added the app to my phone and they offer a lot of rewards and I’ve done several orders through the app and picked up in the drive-through and my order is always correct and the associate is always friendly.
The employees are so sweet. Love coming in with my daughter. We always leave happy!
This is my 4-5 time going to this location & always have a bad experience. Before all the “ Why do you keep going back? “ comments, let me explain. I go pick up my coworker before heading to work, it makes sense if I stop at this location because it’s closer to her house. & it closer to our job. The days I don’t go pick up my coworker I go to the one in brook rd, next to Walmart. They’re always so nice to me at that location, always get my order right on the first try. 2nd time receiving wet doughnuts as though the underside was sitting in water. Absolutely foul and will not return.
