She gave me a stale muffin and then when I asked for my money back she told me to come back tomorrow. This is seriously the worst service I have ever received in the city. The Times Square McDonalds does a better job. Shame on this Dublin doughnuts. For not being a good rep of their brand!
I just waited 20 minutes because the woman working with food never placed my order out on display she ran away two time”s when I tried calling her and on the third time she came to drop off more food, she looked me in the eyes and ran away. The man on register quickly came over gave me my order that has been there the whole time and said sorry… I don’t write reviews but that experience was uncalled for and I’m never going to this location again.
The best Dunkin ever they are always so nice
I have been coming here since they opened. The staff has always been very pleasant and accommodating. It has been great having another dunkin in walking distance since the one by SBH closed. SB: They haven't been out of stock of pumpkin since they opened 😍
Orders are never wrong & They treat you like family , best store I’ve been to!!!
