Hello, I am writing to report an unprofessional experience I had at your drive-thru today. The employee assisting me, a Spanish-speaking woman who later identified herself as the manager, entered my order incorrectly. When I politely told her that my order was wrong, she repeatedly insisted that she had it correct and told me to move out of the drive-thru.
