Inconvenient location, staff shortages after merging stores, long wait times at the drive-thru. The workers themselves complain about the store. The franchisee just wanted to make things more convenient for themself, not the customers. Oh wow, the inside of the store looks pretty. Look at the banners across the lot. Just give me good service.
