I used my card at this location and later had an issue with fraudulent activity on my card. I’m not saying it happened at this establishment, but the timing was concerning, so I wanted to share this and encourage everyone to keep an eye on their transactions.
The workers lied about cold foam being added to drink and still charged me then I ordered on DoorDash they were able to put cold foam on the drink the next day mysteriously unable to put cold foam on the drink again even after being upcharged refunded my refund and hung up the phone
My name is Ned. The workers there are so rude. I’m not sure if the lady with a tattoo is the boss, but she was the rudest of all. I remember there was a girl there with black glasses, maybe Indian? She was the nicest. I don’t see her anymore. If she was fired then shame on this store. I’ve came in a few times through the drive thru and inside. The drive thru line is always full.
