I found plastic in my frozen drink and not just a little they blended a lid or cup and this was a app order.
Trash, the girl that’s there in the morning is rude always, just says “can I help you” no good morning nothing then at the end of ordering just says “pull up” and has the nerve to serve food under quality The guy on the other hand is always nice But this is insane why would you look at this after it gets out of that microwave toaster over and hand this to a customer? If you don’t like you job or people then don’t work in customer service
I’ve gone to the location several times and I usually get a chocolate doughnut with sprinkles or a bagel with butter. There have been several occasions where the donuts is dry and stale and today was the last drawer when I asked for a plain toasted butter bagel the bagel was not toasted, and it was drenched in butter
