I've been a customer here for a short time and never had a problem. Today I visited this establishment and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. Understanding that the employee was busy working on an order. Unfortunately I was not even acknowledged after 10 minutes. So I left and will not be back. I'll go to the Dunkin in East Hanover from now on.
