Drive thru experience. Just ordered small hot coffee with one sugar. Got home and saw that I got a coffee with cream which I do not like dairy. The window guy almost gave me someone else's order (a cold drink). Customer service is not the best...sadly this is everywhere. Attention to details and quality checks are lacking these days.
