Very bad attention from the person in charge, apart from the fact that we bought 1 dozen doughnuts and they were all hard they were not fresh, when asking him to please change them, the only thing he did was tell us that he could not change them and that it was not his problem if they were hard or not.
Terrible service
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I honestly don’t understand how this store is still open. The customer service is terrible, employees was rude every time I visit. Last time, my drink was terrible and the milk wasn’t even mixed properly with the strawberry juice but they still give it to me. Today was even worse, they yelled at me when I was ordering. So disappointing! Unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin and they can never seem to get orders right. I’ve complained a couple of times, but doesn’t seem to change anything. I have even tried placing order to pick up hoping that would help them get the order right….still missing food items (mistake from my end for not checking) and order was still not made correctly!
The worker at the window started to take order then was talking with someone else, yelled that he needed a name for the order half way through taking order. Sandwich was burnt. Forgot an item in our order. No straw for ice coffee. This location is a take your chances locations.
