If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. Customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE! Breakfast is never made correctly. Employees are always rushing and never listening to the customers needs/wants. This Dunkin definitely needs better management. Highly recommend the Dunkin on 933!!
I have had better service in third world countries. No one knew anything about the menu. I was asking questions about a beverage a friend got for me and they had no idea what Iw as talking about as I was reading from the menu. Worst service and quality in the tri-county area. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
This Dunkin sucks just like the other Dunkin stores. Doughnut selection is pathetic. Same type of doughnuts I can get at Walmart, Meijer or Martins. What happened to the good ol days of chocolate and vanilla cream filled, jelly filled or those big peanut doughnuts? Didn't even have any Munchkins. And holy cow it smelled bad in there!!
Long wait, for what should have been easy order, and staff was not helpful, and did not communicate effective and friendly customer service
