Terrible service. Me and my family was there and waited 10-15 minutes at the front register and no one approach us. The bigger black/brown lady was on her phone. No sign of anything.
Forgot some of my order.
Asked for a large matcha latte with cold foam and less ice... Instead got a whole cup full of ice topped with whipped cream and had to mix all the matcha sitting at the bottom myself.
