I ordered and sat for about 7 minutes. 3 people ordered after me and got their food. I said something to the 3 people standing doing nothing and then waited another 5 minutes for my hot chocolate, 2 donuts, and 25 munchkins. Terrible service. Then I get home and relive they didn’t even get my order correct.
New manager cannot handle the job, miss the old manager already. Turns off mobile ordering constantly and super rude.
They will mess up your order every time so double check.
Place is no longer here!! Instead its a local coffee shop. Google maps needs to remove it.
NOT A DUNKIN BUT ITS SO MUCH BETTER Good food Smiles soon as you walk in and the hot chocolates are great. Will be returning next time I'm in the area for work.
