The workers are extremely incompetent and slow. I paid for items that they then told me they were out of. I also waited 15 minutes at the window for my food. Everytime I visit this Dunkin I’m disappointed, honestly it’s worth the drive out of Manomet to literally any other one. Would not recommend this dunks to my worst enemy.
Not gonna come here anymore because the person they put up front - this is the last time. I dont think she should honestly be working with the public. Shes really nice but she doesnt understand basic common sense things and when my order is wrong Im left feeling bad if I say anything but I paid for something that I didn't ask for because she cant figure out a basic POS system and shes NOT new. Staff is friendly & hard working but whomever runs the place sucks at their job. Don't bother going for Donuts after 9am cuz they will not have them. This has been going on for about a year. I would think they would eventually realize that if I run out of product every day at 9am maybe I should order more but they just don't care. Always check your order b4 leaving cuz it's probably not correct. This place is top 3 of worst Dunks on South Shore.. possibly #1
Shuts mobile ordering off every weekend! Old manager was amazing, new manager sucks!
