update after 6 months: how is this place still open? Literally the entire community hates this Dunkin’ Donuts and has abandoned it. We shitpost about it constantly in the Facebook group. Can’t wait till they shut down. Original review: They tried to poison me with undercooked, raw chewy bacon. I reached out multiple times and they never responded. I can’t wait till they close. There’s a reason they have a worse rating than even Burger King next-door.
Very hit or miss for speed and service.
Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Dunkin. The service was disappointing the experience was frustrating, and overall it was absolutely not worth it. I expected much better especially from a location in Avalon Park. I left feeling completely dissatisfied and would not recommend this location based on my experience. Management seriously needs to improve the customer service and overall quality here.
The woman with piercings is really nice ive been here multiple times and shes all smiles, gets me my donut right away and my drink out quickly thanks EDIT: Ive been here multiple times since my previous 5 star review, I haven’t seen that woman again but the employees who helped me this time were so terrible and rude and took a long time to get my simple ice coffee out ‘cause they were to busy laughing and messing around even the Manager was joining them and not helping guests.
