They made our drinks terrible. I've never had a coffee taste the way these both did. 2 totally different coffees tasted terrible :/ not sure if there's training going on or what.. but a regular team member who isn't training should be supervising these ones who can't make a basic coffee
I ordered a 6 pack of donuts and you gave me 4 plain out 6 when I did surprise me. How are you so ignorant
I came through the drive through this afternoon and I forgot my food, got my coffee and kept going. Completely my fault but after calling them and telling them about my mistake, they took my name and credited me another one on my next visit! Thank you very much! I've been working in the retail field for over 30 years and since Covid it has been very difficult to find help at all! If I could give negative stars I would. This Dunkin Donuts is the worst one I have EVER been too. Every SINGLE time I have tried to give them another chance I am disappointed (this particular location is .5 miles from my house so convenience was a factor). Today was the last time myself, or my husband will ever go there. The food is awful and hard as a rock. They have never made my drink right, all I asked for today was 2 liquid sugar in my latte and they couldn't even do that! Shut this location down or hire a whole new cre... read more
