If I could give 0 stars I would. Almost every Dunkin I’ve been to seems to hire just about similar personalities. I’ve yet to experience good service, it’s always ghetto and unprofessional. This morning I decided to go use my gift card however as I pulled up to the drive thru nobody took my order.. after 5 minutes I drive around and nobody acknowledges me. The two ladies working both older ladies just stared at me and continued talking to each other without taking my order so I proceeded to drive off.
**Update** This place has really been coming together over the last few weeks.
Takeaway: just go to the other dunkin, it's closer and the order is almost always right. For here: I think this location just uses whole milk no matter what you order. I ordered oatmilk and my bf ordered almond milk. They left out the sweetener in mine but that wasn't a big deal, then I thought it tasted very dairy but I drank about half of it because I thought I couldn't really tell. They charged me for an ice water for my son!! The bagels were not good either
