This Dunkin’ is consistently running out of product, and it’s clearly because they don't know how to portion. Their Refreshers are always over-concentrated nothing like what you get at any other location. This location is consistently unprofessional. At the drive-thru, you’re greeted by someone practically barking “what do you want?” so fast you can’t even understand it. When I asked them to repeat themselves, I was met with attitude. I usually stop by between 5:00–5:30 a.m. before work, and the service is almost always poor. I ordered a large iced coffee with less ice, but received a cup that was almost half full. When I asked about it, the staff claimed this was “store policy” — that asking for less ice means less coffee. That makes no sense, especially when paying for a large size. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional when I raised the issue instead of trying to resolve it. I have photos showing the cup was barely half full. Very disappointing experience.
