I'm from the East Coast and this is the best Dunkin I've ever been to. Their donuts were made fresh with lots of frosting on them. The women working were all extremely lovely and positive, even on Christmas. The food was incredible and puts New England Dunkins to shame!
Slow customer service was standing in line for over 10 minutes waiting on the girl to help. Instead she was taking her sweet time stocking the refrigerator in slow motion.
Used to love this place and it seems like after getting a new manager the place went downhill. Went in for a latte and was told they are out of regular expresso and coffee that they only had decaf. How does a coffee shop not have coffee??!
Today was a fairly stressful day and the nicest gentleman working the counter was especially nice & made my day! Thanks!
