Worst Dunkin I've shopped at. Been here several times... They never seem very interested in high customer service
2 out of 3 items where wrong. I ordered 10 regular donut holes and got pumpkin flavored but not even 10, I only got 9. I also ordered a Coolatta and got an iced coffee.
Used to love this place and it seems like after getting a new manager the place went downhill. Went in for a latte and was told they are out of regular expresso and coffee that they only had decaf. How does a coffee shop not have coffee??! Edit: seems like there has been some changes and even though they are short staffed a lot they get the coffee out perfect and faster now.
I decided to give the new cookie dough iced coffee a shot, and honestly, it was pretty disappointing. Instead of tasting like cookie dough, it had a strong hazelnut flavor that caught me off guard. I also tried the new apple pie pastry--it tasted store-bought and arrived cold. Definitely sticking to my usual order next time.
