Ordered online for a later pick up. Arrived for pick up and they did not have any of the donuts I ordered. Why do you get to order in advance to pick up later and pay for it in advance but can’t get what you ordered when you arrive. Will not be using the store again
I have tried 3 times to get doughnuts from this place and every time they have they have none that we wanted. This last time was Sunday morning 10am, looking for 3 specific doughnuts, go inside and 50% of trays empty including the ones we wanted. Stood there as I wanted to see if they had anymore somewhere else. After waiting 5 mins with all the workers walking around and no one acknowledging my existence I walked out and settled for McDonald's next door. Poor all the way around.
No donut holes really!!! You're a donut establishment, you should make sure you're covered in all areas. MAKE MORE
Amazing experience at this Dunkin’! I’ve been to a lot of different Dunkin’ locations, and this one really stands out. The manager is always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely nice. You can tell she takes pride in her store and cares about her customers. One thing I especially appreciate is that they always seem to have everything I’m looking for . This location is consistently frustrating and anxiety-inducing. The self-service kiosk strips away the basic human interaction that should be standard in any customer service environment. Every time I walk in, it feels like I'm an inconvenience to the staff. Food: 5 stars. It’s consistently good across locations. However, drinks are hit or miss.
