Both times I've gone here I've had to wait for over 15 minutes to even have my order taken. It was delicious but it's like the employees lacked motivation.
This is the absolute worst location on the planet. Sitting in line for 2 sandwiches 14mins then asked to pull around back and we are now been here for 27mins and counting. Someone in corporate please do something with this place, your losing customers like crazy because of incompetent management
Literally every single time I've ordered here they mess up my order, and then are super rude and short when I ask politely for what I actually spent $8 on. I kept going because it's conveniently right in the building I spend the majority of my time in, but it's so nerve-wracking ordering because the staff are just so bitter and angry to have to be there, and it's even worse when you have to ask for your actual order. The food and service is as expected from Dunkin. The Einsteins Bros Bagel location provided 1 dollar coffee refills for students who purchased Tumblrs there. It was the easiest way for me to drink coffee as a poor college student. Since Dunkin does not have it is harder for me to enjoy myself at the library.
