The absolute WORST Dunkin you will EVER visit! Got off cruise ship this am, stopped for 2 large coffees. Stood there for 5 minutes to be handed offered cold ice coffee when I ordered 2 hot! Then proceeded to argue with me on”what” I ordered asking to see the receipt they did not hand me! Ugh! Was then offered two hot coffees that looked like complete milk. 2nd time was NOT ANY BETTER! This is the worst coffee that I have ever very been given by Dunkin and they should be embarrassed!!! Do better!!!
Great Dunkin
Early June 2026 We were treating out-of-town guests to an assortment of flavors and treats. Amelia helped me. She was friendly, cheerful, and ready to help. We have since experienced other friendly and delightful customer service from some of the other young ladies employed there as well. It is this sort of thing that makes you want to return more eagerly!! Keep up the great work and positive vibes!
