Oh wow, what a fantastic experience at this Dunkin’. Truly a masterclass in how not to run a business. I ordered a simple six-dollar meal and waited… and waited… and waited. There was literally no one in the store, yet somehow it looked like a scene from a disaster movie. Whoever was running the place seemed allergic to competence. SHE MADE THE BEST MATCHA I HAVE EVER HAD. I’m not sure her name but she was working around 1:15pm and please give her a raise. This is so good!!
Two people in back talking and got ones attention and told me in a hateful voice I'll be there in a minute. Waited 5 minutes then left.
