My new Dunks! The service was fast, the ladies are super friendly and my coffee has been made perfectly every single day.
I’m from out of state visiting, I don’t normally do dunkn but this is what was available. I don’t know who thinks it’s okay to ignore customers in the lobby, even under a busy time. No acknowledgment at all for almost 10 minutes. There was a line of us. There was 4 workers. I’m assuming the gal that took our order was the manager, but she was hella rude. This location closes at 9pm. Hit the drive thru at 835pm for a frozen coffee but they couldn't make it because they already shut the machine down for the night. If your open til 9pm then you should be able to provide ALL services til 9pm.
Waited 15 minutes for a muffin and left without it
