I stop here almost every day. Morning and afternoon. My morning visit is always my favorite because the lovely lady at the window is so amazing. Her "Have an amazing day" with the biggest smile on her face, it just makes my day ❤️ Her persona just makes my entire day! Thank you for always making the start to my day a great one!
Dunkin’ is little expensive these days.
While i was entering a man said good look i’ve been waiting 10 minutes to order and they haven’t came yet. At first i shrugged it off but they took my two friend’s orders and then told me they would be with me in a minute. I then waited 20 minutes no order and my friends still didn’t get their food, it wasn’t because they were understaffed there was 6 people behind the counter and in the kitchen. Had a bad experience. Started off with a long wait, then they messed mt coffee up and we're weird when I asked them to fix it so I took the messed up drink and drove off as it was a very weird drive thru experience. Ended up going to a completely different dunkin and thankfully the other place fixed my drink but, very unhappy with the experience today at this Waterville location.
Super busy, super nice... Amazing teamwork
