coffee did not taste good. You have to use a self-service kiosk which is intentionally confusing, hides prices, and tries to make you spend more than you're meaning to. Also prices have increased drastically. Sizes have also gotten smaller since I was last at dunkin's. Donut cream filling tasted watered down somehow. Breakfast sandwich left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Honestly I'm really disappointed. I haven't had Dunkin donuts since pre covid so I was hoping for a good experience. Me and my sister stopped by on 10/17/25 at around 2pm and the gentleman who took our order was very friendly. And the lady who gave us our food was super nice. The team at this Dunkin definitely deserves a raise. 10/10
I ordered a large coffee and it was only half full
The girl taking my order was super sweet, understanding and funny! I walked from my work to this location, so I was a sweaty hot mess and a wreck. She was so nice!!! She genuinely made my morning better, so I gifted her my pink Labubu because she was so kind (trying to narrow it down to where she gets recognized for her hard work). Even though I can't remember her name for the life of me (forgive me, I'm exhausted!), she also deserves a raise. Working early morning sucks, so I respect that.
