Ordered 2 large coffees. The 2 gentlemen who made my coffee were awesome! Excellent experience!!
Absolutely ridiculous experience at Dunkin’. I ordered a drink and simply asked for light ice after placing the order. I was then told that having less ice would cost extra. Charging customers more for receiving less ice makes no sense and feels like a cash grab. The interaction was frustrating, and the customer service only made it worse. Instead of trying to help, the employee acted like this was a completely reasonable policy. I give them a 3star because you can't overnight park here for truck drivers
