Not only did he not make my drink with less ice but he gave us the the wrong drinks all together. He did remake it with less ice but still received the wrong drink.
Order ahead before you go to this location because they'll charge you for higher priced items and play dumb when you correct them. It's happened to me three times now with three separate employees.
Amazing service, was helped by a tall white gentleman, who completed my order fast, and got my drinks icy cold. Great service and wonderful employee.
This is the fastest dunkin in the area. I can attest as I visit them all frequently. The drive through design is terrible but that's on the builder.
