Honestly, this brand produces high-quality products, but the poor staff service is dragging the brand's reputation down. I wonder if the store manager, stakeholders, or even the owner ever check the reviews for this branch. There’s been absolutely no improvement—the bad service remains unchanged. This was my first visit, and I was shocked by how poorly I was treated. Instead of a warm welcome, the staff looked aggressive and irritated, as if I had done something wrong. It was a truly terrible experience.

This place not worth to visit! If u stop by this service area,please avoid this place,go to next door ! Service is very bed ! They don’t do any deals like in general DD ! The tase of coffee very bed ! Tase like spoon of coffee add 1 gallon of hot water.

I ordered an egg and cheese on a croissant, but half the cheese was stuck to the wrapper and the croissant was falling apart. I also ordered a small coffee with regular milk and sugar, but it came without sugar. I didn’t notice until I got back to my car and started driving, and it was really disappointing—this was my first bad experience with Dunkin.

Horrible staff, I asked for a cookie butter iced latte with Matcha instead of coffee because it was late. Received a regular cookie butter iced latte, I told the lady making the drinks that I had asked for matcha not coffee. She ROLLS HER EYES IN MY FACE and says with a disgusting attitude “so do you not want the drink” I was embarrassed and said no it’s fine but what the type of service is that please don’t come here unless ur expectations are low.
