This Dunkin' Donuts as well as the one inside 20 mall near Starbucks are the worst spots in the capital region my order is the same everyday and yet they always when I mean always they always get it wrong. I go there so much they know me by my name put my orders are never correct. I hate Starbucks one thing I can say no matter how big the order it is never wrong. About average for fast food. Except the donuts. They are not very good or fresh.
I came in this morning for a breakfast croissant and coffee. For once the coffee was pretty ok but they handed me a wake up wrap when the bag clearly said croissant on it. So, it was their fault for not reading. I handed the bag back and asked for what I paid for. The staff seemed confused asking me what I ordered. Nobody told me to pull around or pull up.
