Enjoyed this location until the former employee (customer) with three dogs was letting them run loose and up to my table in the corner repeatedly. Man tried to use this contact to initiation conversation and was ignored. His dogs were disruptive and sniffing at my food. When I aired my concern to the cashier after he left, she became irate and told me that if I didn’t like it, I could leave. Food is great but 4 times out of 10 when I go there I have to wait 5+ minutes in an empty lobby and an empty drive thru. Not ideal when you’re on your way to work. Gonna go to their competitor across the street.
Never once have I gotten the right order here. It’s always messed up. My bagel was 100% not toasted or even warmed up. The people in there don’t care about their job at all. I’ve ordered there probably 6 or 7 times but it’s never been done right. Please just go to the one up the road on shilling street. They are always nice and the order is always right!
First staff snark "what are you here for" umm the mobile order I've been watching get cold on the counter. Gave me a plain sandwich and when I complained that I asked for an ultimate bacon sandwich, I WATCHWD HER ADD TO IT then hand it to the shift leader and say that I'm complaining it was wrong but she can't figure out why!!!
I stop at Dunkin almost every morning! This morning ordered a drink, hashbrowns, and snack in bacon. I literally got 3 pieces!!!!!!!!!! That was insane! Didn’t have time to turn around!
