This location is awful. I've gone here twice in the past week and both experiences are why I won't be back. First, I ordered a 5 dollar meal. Got to the window, they tell me they were out of tortillas. They had already made my coffee, but didn't give it to me or offer me a sandwich or something as a substitute. 2nd was today. I got an iced coffee and it was literally the worst iced coffee I've ever had. It tasted burnt. I let my daughter (who works at another Dunkin location) taste it and she agreed that it was awful. Went through the drive up on Friday ask for 2 glazed sticks- git 2 chocolate sticks. Went through today asked for a glazed stick girl a plain glazed donut- Went back through to get the correct donut and so girl yells out... you gotta take that other donut back. So the girl at the windiw took it and threw it in the trash. Disgusting behavior due to their mistake!
