Was trying to talk to the manager at the drive-thru, She is so concerned about the timer of pushing customers through the drive-thru within the timer that she refused to acknowledge my complaint. Completely rude! Whatever happened to customer service?

Jesus Christ. Does anyone at this place know if something gets sugar in it it has to be warm first to dissolve the sugar. The last two times I got coffee all the sugar was crystals on the bottom and it made the drink unpleasant. I don’t get how people who work at a coffee shop don’t know how to make coffee. Or how sugar works. Such a waste of money
