This was my best visit EVER to Dunkin Donuts. On Tuesday, September first at 6pm, Louis was working and gave me great service, got my food and drinks done in under three minutes, and it all come out amazing.
Staff is usually very nice but almost every time I go here there's something wrong with my order (specifically food items). I've had both completely incorrect items as well as missing items. A bit frustrating as it is the closest to my house and I don't want to go further to try to find a location that won't consistently mess up my order. And as others have mentioned the service is also frustratingly slow. I've spent 30+ minutes in their drive thru before just to then receive a completely incorrect order.

This place keeps closing 2 hours early and still allowed you to place a mobile order happened 3 times already.
Love this place, love that the dark haired girl always gets my order perfect. Afternoons prior. Afternoons.
