I consistently get my order messed up from the same location. I will happily drive further going forward in hopes that the next team can read and comprehend the orders as displayed.
This was a second visit, although the first visit several weeks ago was almost a disaster. We stopped here on our way home, having traveled almost four hours, with a few more to go. The drive-thru had a half-dozen or so cars in line, so I knew the team would be busy filling those orders. I opted to go inside, and yes, other people were waiting (one woman said she had been waiting 15 minutes for her order), so I chose to use the kiosk. Please be advised that if you are looking for good customer service, you will not find it at the Rosewood Dunkin location. I am highly disappointed in the manager and her daughter’s attitude and lack of kindness. As a regular customer, I expect to be treated with more respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, the behavior I experienced falls far short of that. Sincerely, A Concerned Customer
I ordered a donut...didnt have it. Ordered another...didnt have it. Ordered yet another. Guess what...didnt have it. What do you have then? Oh, coffee? We'll its called Dunkin Donuts, not Dunkin Coffee. Sorry place. I knew I should've went somewhere else.
