Awful customer service...its like the employees hate having to do their job...also i observed the lady behind the counter making an iced coffee with no gloves on and her hand was rubbing all along the inside of lip of cup trying to stir the ice...the donuts were not firm like other dunkin locations...they were mushy and glazed melted....will not be back..
I have never seen such rude employees in my life. I think they actually hated having customers!
You would do well to bring a spoon with you if you are going to order tater tots and the cheese on the bagel tastes like some kind of ultra processed product from a can. About half the staff are very polite. The manager could learn from their example. The guy doing sandwiches is fast and accurate. The place is always clean and neat.
