I believe the lady is a manager or should be a manager. She is so nice and friendly. All the employees are very nice. They work very fast paced.
If I could give a minus zero I would. I visited this Dunkin for the first time.(Pamplico highway) It will be my last time. When I entered the door everyone had their back turned doing something else. Since they didn't turn around I guess I thought I was invisible. I stood there for 10 minutes. No one ever said anything so I left. This is what I call poor customer service. A boy came from the back with a bucket to fill the icebox and he didn't say anything.Apparently management doesn't care.
Unable to get anything literally stood there at the counter while countless employees ignored me. To not even be greeted is completely absurd. I have never walked into an establishment where I was completely ignored…I don’t know where their customer skills were obtained but this is completely bad for business. Never trying another Dunkin’ Donuts in my life!!!
