I am a regular DD customer and today I’ve just had it. The customer service at this location is awful. The girls who work the drive-thru window are extremely rude, they consistently forget items in my orders, and the food is always burnt. The Richmond Rd location is amazing. They at least say hello when you approach the window and get the order right. Although that location is further away, I try to always waste the gas to go there instead.
Friendly staff, excellent donuts!
Burnt bagel
It was good when it opened but now.... everytime we get a bacon egg and cheese bagel they are very burnt(im talking black), egg is cold(like straight from the fridge), half the time we have to fix our sandwiches because they either have two bottoms or two tops.
