My order was wrong and I called them in less than 5 min and they picked up the call, heard me telling my order was wrong and they keep hanging up on me
Came through the drive thru(Saturday 13th at 4:06) and made the order. The person sounded irritated and didn't want to be there just because we made an order. Gave us a watered down order of coffee and iced coffee. Hoping the service and drinks being made will be better no matter what time it is in the day.
This is the absolute gold standard when it comes to DD locations. My dogs beg me to take them here every Saturday. I was once 5-6 miles deep on a walk and they recognized me from the sidewalk and brought him out some water. Ownership takes pride in this place and it shows.
I recommend not to got this place until they plan to improve. I went to Dunkin donuts and asked for munchkins. While she was collecting it from the front storage/display area, I found multiple fruit flies flying on top of munchkins. So I told her that I do not want it because there are fruit flies. She was very normal and infact she already knew about it. No apology or no intention tell customer that we will make sure it does not happen next time.
