It's a given.
Had no donuts at 6am, and told me to come back later. Staff was very rude and kept interrupting when I tried to ask a question.
The service is slow. There’s not enough employees working at busy times. And it seems the drive thru window gets absolute priority over the counter. It’s 5 months later and still the same crap service at the counter.
I ordered a refresher on my phone this morning and went to pick it up. I tried it after stirring my drink and it tasted like Green tea and there was barely any concentrate in it. I asked the lady at the window If there was any way that they could add concentrate to it or maybe just give me a little bit of concentrate in a cup so that I can add to it because it just tasted like green tea.
