The service is slow. There’s not enough employees working at busy times. And it seems the drive thru window gets absolute priority over the counter.
I am a problem magnet. If someone has a problem, I'm the lightning rod. It is. Not fun. So when I say this particular Dunkin' is particularly nice and leaves me entirely alone, I mean it. That's really fairly normal for Dunkin' you know? Make your money and go home, who I am and what I'm doing really isn't their concern. I pay my bill. I eat, I leave. If I stay longer. I eat more.
