The kid who took my order does not seem old enough to be working there and is rude. Charged me the wrong amount last time I was there. This time could not get my order right. Brought the wrong drink to the window 3 times, my bagel was not toasted, barely any cream cheese on the bagel, one of the two donuts I ordered was stale/hard as a rock. What can I say? It's Dunkin! Always reliable! Prompt service. Busy but not too busy for good customer communications and service with a smile!
