Those two white women don’t talk to me correctly they are always moody to me and nice to everyone else I never did anything wrong to them especially the blonde hair woman I get soda and donuts every other time I might go to another chain where I’m treated better from Andrew
Insane service, I made a mistake and forgot to mention that I needed to change my drink to oat milk instead of whole milk. The lady that took my order came out and started yelling at me before I could finish my sentence. Insanely rude and uncalled for when I had already paid for it anyways! Definitely avoiding this dunkin customer service was crazy.
Horrendous service every time I visit this location. Made a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru and wanted to add a pup cup since I had my dog with me. When I got to the window, the employee told me it was $1.07 for the pup cup. For a cup of WHIPPED CREAM. So the coffee order was wrong. When you ask for French vanilla swirl and they ask if you want extra in it... you say yes, and then they don't put any in at all! Mind you, it was a polite interaction, and the order was wrong. I love Dunkin, but I'd like my order correct.
