I order a dozen of donuts to bring for my coworkers. I ordered 20 minutes beforehand through the app and selected the donuts I wanted. I came there expecting to be in and out, only to realize they didn’t even start the order yet. All they had to do was grab the donuts from the shelf and put them in the box. The worst part was that they didn't even give me the right donuts and just threw in whatever. All that for almost $15. Never ordering from here again.
When to this Dunkin this morning. I bought the sandcastle bucket, 2 of the 5 dollar meal deals. I request sugar in both ice coffee when I got them there was no sugar in either and I had to ask for the bucket of 50 munchkins. The employee said that it didn’t show up on the screen. But the worst part after I got the bucket. My friends and I were eating the munchkins. I’m guessing the bucket was not cleaned out. There was a bug in my bottom of the bucket Alive crawling around on the munchkins
When I worked here, I could work circles around this place. I was practically the manager’s assistant. Just did a DoorDash for the second time and I asked for three mocha two coconut three sugar and two cream in my small iced coffee. It wasn’t correct. There was definitely not enough mocha. Definitely not enough sugar and the coconut was not existing maybe the machine just wasn’t calibrated but at the same time put a little more effort in. Quality has gone down since I left.
