Ordered on the app. Ordered an ice coffee with almond milk and 3 pumps caramel and 1 pump sugar. Had to end up putting in a complaint because it most definitely wasn’t the coffee i ordered. It tasted like banana. Went and got it fixed but I’m severely lactose intolerant. Had to call out of work cause I can’t leave the bathroom now.(so I’m pretty sure whatever coffee they gave me that I took a sip of had dairy) It’s the closest dunkin to me but I’d rather take a drive just so I get what I ask for. Definitely the sloppiest, slowest Dunkin I've visited. They messed up mobile order twice without apologies. The munchkin I got was also really stale. Just a surprisingly badly runned Dunkin.
This is the second time that I have ordered from this location. The first time the service was terrible. No greeting, no acknowledgement. These ladies at the counter were very dismissive, and passive aggressive. I thought they were having a bad day or something . So, I have decided to give them a try again. The second time, it was just only one of the ladies behind the counter, and she was not friendly at all. With a disgust on her face, she took my order. No smile, no enthusiasm.
